Housed out of our 250,000 sqft warehouse in PA, this project incorporates real world assets such as high end sports cars, overland camping experiences and racing into a truly one of a kind gaming environment.
Car & RV Rentals:
Holders of the Velocity Auto Concierge token “SPEED”, can use these tokens to rent any of the Club’s existing cars or RV. The goal for Velocity Auto Concierge is to build a peer-to-peer vehicle sharing platform for high-end vehicles when holders and Club members can place an asset into the pool in one area and take one out as needed in other areas.
Metaverse Car Museum:
The build-out of the car museum has begun and is anticipated to be completed by mid to late august of 2022. In the museum we will showcase the initial four cars above and we will add additional cars we have access to as a club and through our collaboration with art in motion.
Video Game:
Royal Montgomery Raceways is a period racing that is set in great era of post WW1 overlooked by developers in this genre, and in general. It is the beginning of modern racing and motoring competition. Mercedes, Bugatti, Alfa Romeo, and Ford all started on their journey in this era to become the giants of the motoring industry they are today.
GameFi NFT’s:

Project: Bizzarrini 250 GTO Prototype
Overview: The 250 GTO Prototype, or “Papera,” was developed by Giotto Bizzarrini in 1961 on an existing 250 GT Boano frame and was used for aerodynamic and track testing for the legendary Ferrari 250 GTO. The 250 GTO series was finalized by Mauro Forghieri and Sergio Scaglietti after Bizzarrini left Ferrari in November 1961. The GTO Prototype was destroyed by Enzo Ferrari after the famous “Palace Revolt” in 1961.

Project: GURNEY 250 TESTA ROSSA
Overview: The 250 TR won 4 Le Mans Championships and 4 World Constructor Championships, and overall 10 of 19 championship races from 1958-61. Drivers of this rare model included World Champions Phil Hill and Dan Gurney. In 1959 the 250 TR body was lightly redesigned to include more aerodynamic features. The 1959 250 TR was the first Ferrari sports car to use disc brakes.

Project: LE MANS PORSCHE 917K
Overview: Often referred to as “the last great racing sports car,” the Porsche 917k is the race car that gave Porsche its first overall victories at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1970 and 1971. The white #22 Martini Racing Porsche 917K also set the total distance record that has stood up until 2010, in addition the Porsche 917K still holds the fastest lap at the Le Mans racing circuit to this day.

Project: LE MANS 330TRI
Overview: Rarer that the GTO, this one-off Ferrari 330TRI/LM Spyder is a unique sports racing car purpose-built in 1962 by Ferrari to win the 24 Hours of LeMans. It was the most powerful Testa Rossa built and the last Ferrari sports racing car with a front-mounted engine. As the last of the legendary race cars know as Testa Rossas, it led the 1962 LeMans to win ahead of a 250GTO.

Bill Freeman
Bill Freeman is credited as the man who introduced Paul Newman to professional auto racing. In 1978 he formed Newman Freeman Racing (“NFR”), a racing partnership with actor Paul Newman to compete in various forms of auto racing. As Managing Partner, Freeman managed all aspects and operations for his professional automobile racing company.
Bill Freeman and Paul Newman also drove many S.C.C.A. and I.M.S.A. events together, including the Sebring 12-hour endurance race. NFR dominated North America’s Can-Am series in its Budweiser sponsored Lola. NFR attracted several drivers who would go on to become legends, including Keke Rosberg, Elliott Forbes-Robinson, Bobby Rahal, Danny Sullivan, and Teo Fabi.
He was also team manager with Dan Gurney in Gurney Freeman Racing. In 1979 Bill formed Fine Cars to remanufacture, restore, and offer for sale legendary sports racing cars.

With a track record of facilitating and establishing global relationships and partnerships with both international governments and corporations, Michael Prior Ph.D. is currently engaged as a strategic advisor and consultant to clients in the USA, Monaco, Italy, Spain, Armenia and France in the following fields; medical, global environmental remediation, education, motorsports racing, automotive manufacturing, lifestyle marketing and Museum development.
Dr Prior is a partner with Bill Freeman of Newman Freeman Racing, facilitating a network of unique global motorsport and manufacturing connections, and in the development and construction of the world’s rarest sports racing cars.
ERIC MITCHELL
Eric Mitchell has over 25+ years of financial, operations, and business development experience across multiple industries, including film, television, music, video games, blockchain software, and private equity.
Eric has been involved as a principal or advisor on structured investments of over $800 million USD and has helped to finance and/or produce 30+ feature film and TV projects, including T2, Basic Instinct, Ray, Sahara, Death Sentence, and Lord of War.
Mr. Mitchell has 8+ years of public company experience and has held CEO, CFO, COO and Director titles, and is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and MIT’s Sloan School.
ADAM SOLTANI
Adam is a seasoned marketing and business executive with expertise in creating new partnerships, account management, and channel development.
He graduated from the University of California Los Angeles with Honors. Adam previously worked in business development for a private equity firm, specializing in the acquisition and strategic management of mission-critical businesses.
Mr. Soltani also has extensive experience in SAAS sales, project management, conversion rate optimization, and internet marketing.
